1. This KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points conversion promotion (“Promotion”) is organised jointly by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") and Minden Singapore Private Limited ("yuu"). 

2. The Promotion is valid only for KrisFlyer miles converted to yuu Points from 00:00am (GMT+8) on 01 September 2026 to 23:59pm (GMT+8) on 30 September 2026 ("Promotional Period"). 

3. You must be a registered KrisFlyer member and yuu Rewards Club member to participate in the Promotion.

4. During the Promotional Period, KrisFlyer members converting KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points will enjoy the conversion rate of 1 KrisFlyer mile to 1.5 yuu Points with a reduced minimum of 1,600 KrisFlyer miles per conversion (Usual: 1 KrisFlyer mile to 1.325 yuu Points, minimum of 2,000 KrisFlyer miles per conversion) and receive an additional limited-time 10% bonus yuu Points for each conversion of KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points. For example, 1,600 KrisFlyer miles converted will result in a total of 2,640 yuu Points being awarded through this Promotion (2,400 Base yuu Points + 240 Bonus yuu Points).

5. KrisFlyer miles shall be converted through the members’ KrisFlyer account under the following conversion rate: 1 KrisFlyer miles to 1.5 yuu Points + 0.15 Bonus yuu Point (10% Bonus), subjected to arithmetic rounding. For the avoidance of doubt, the minimum number of KrisFlyer miles required for each conversion request is 1,600 KrisFlyer miles and the maximum number of KrisFlyer miles that can be converted to yuu Points by each KrisFlyer member in a calendar year (i.e. 1 January to 31 December) is 80,000 KrisFlyer miles. 

6. The converted Base yuu Points and Bonus yuu Points will be reflected in a member’s yuu account in two different transactions. Once the conversion request is initiated, it cannot be reversed.

7. After conversion, the converted yuu Points are added to the member's yuu Points balance/statement and can be redeemed according to yuu Rewards Club programme rules. <https://yuu.sg/terms-and-conditions> Members are not authorised to convert their KrisFlyer miles into yuu Points on behalf of another individual. Bonus yuu Points will be credited to the relevant yuu account after the Promotional Period within a maximum of 14 business days.

10. SIA and yuu reserves the right to vary, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion, without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by SIA and yuu, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

11. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA and/or yuu will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any KrisFlyer member or yuu Rewards Club member may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in this Promotion.

12. By participating in the Promotion, each member agrees to comply with and be bound by these Promotion terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, yuu’s conditions of use of website, SIA and yuu’s Privacy Policy, KrisFlyer program terms and conditions. and the yuu Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions <insert link>  (collectively, “Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the member being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any bonuses awarded may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

13. By participating in the Promotion, each member consents to the collection, use, disclosure and processing by SIA and yuu of any and all personal data that they submit, for the purposes indicated in SIA’s privacy policy and yuu’s privacy policy and for administering this Promotion.

14. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
