  • This 30% bonus yuu Points promotion ("Promotion") is organised jointly by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") and Minden Singapore Private Limited ("yuu").

  • The Promotion is valid only for KrisFlyer miles converted to yuu Points from 00:00am (GMT+8) on 9 September 2025 to 23:59pm (GMT+8) on 30 September 2025 ("Promotional Period").

  • You must be a KrisFlyer member and yuu Rewards Club member to participate in the Promotion.

  • During the Promotional Period, in respect of a limited number of conversions of KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points (to be determined by SIA and yuu at their sole and absolute discretion), KrisFlyer members converting KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points will receive a 30% bonus in yuu Points accrued on their account as a result of the conversion ("Bonus Points"). In other words, for each KrisFlyer mile converted into yuu Points, in addition to 1.325 yuu Points (as per the usual conversion rate), KrisFlyer members will receive an additional 0.3975 Bonus Points, subject to arithmetic rounding. For example, 2,000 KrisFlyer miles converted will result in 3,445 yuu Points being awarded (2,650 Base yuu Points + 795 Bonus Points).

  • The minimum number of KrisFlyer miles required for each conversion request is 2,000 KrisFlyer miles and the maximum number of KrisFlyer miles that can be converted to yuu Points by each KrisFlyer member in a calendar year (i.e. 1 January to 31 December) is 80,000 KrisFlyer miles.

  • The Bonus Points and the converted yuu Points will be reflected in a member's yuu account in two different transactions. Once a conversion request is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

  • After conversion, the converted yuu Points will be added to the member's yuu Points balance and can be redeemed in accordance with the yuu Rewards Club programme rules. Members are not authorised to convert their KrisFlyer miles into yuu Points on behalf of another individual. Bonus yuu Points will be credited to the relevant yuu account after the Promotional Period within a maximum of 14 business days.

  • SIA and yuu reserve the right to vary, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion, without prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by SIA and yuu in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

  • To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA and/or yuu will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any KrisFlyer member or yuu Rewards Club member may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in this Promotion, or any infringement of any law or regulation.

  • By participating in the Promotion, each member agrees to comply with and be bound by these Promotion terms and conditions, SIA's conditions of use of website, yuu's conditions of use of website, SIA's privacy policy, yuu's Privacy Policy, KrisFlyer program terms and conditions. and the yuu Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions (collectively, "Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the member being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any Bonus Points awarded may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

  • By participating in the Promotion, each member consents to the collection, use, disclosure and processing by SIA, yuu, their authorised service providers, and/or their advertising and promotion agencies, of any and all personal data that they submit or otherwise make available to SIA or yuu, for the purposes indicated in SIA's privacy policy and yuu's privacy policy and for administering this Promotion.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.

  • These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Terms and Conditions

  • Each transaction may earn a different number of yuu Points per SGD1 spent depending on the brand. While we strive to show you the amount of yuu Points awarded, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to determine the number of yuu Points awarded for each transaction which may differ from brand to brand.

  • You must start your purchase journey from the yuu App to earn yuu Points on your transactions. If you conduct your transactions on other websites other than from the yuu App, you will not be able to earn yuu Points. If your payment made on the brand's website has failed, please restart your purchase journey from the yuu App to ensure that you earn yuu Points.

  • Return to the yuu App and click through to the brand every time you are making a new transaction.

  • Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders or activities will be banned.

Convert yuu Points to KrisFlyer miles

  • You are required to be a member of both yuu Rewards Club and KrisFlyer to participate in the conversion of yuu Points to KrisFlyer miles.

  • 3.6 yuu Points can be converted to 1 KrisFlyer mile and a minimum of 200 yuu Points is required per conversion.

  • Once a conversion from yuu Points to KrisFlyer miles is completed, KrisFlyer miles cannot be reversed or/and refunded.

  • If a conversion request from yuu Points to KrisFlyer miles has failed, yuu Points will be credited back into your yuu account in 14 working days.

  • yuu members must transfer KrisFlyer miles to one’s own individual KrisFlyer account. yuu members are not allowed to transfer KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account that does not belong to them. Kindly ensure that your name on both accounts are the same.

Convert KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points

  • You are required to be a member of both KrisFlyer and yuu Rewards Club to participate in the conversion of KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points.

  • 1 KrisFlyer mile can be converted to 1.325 yuu Points.

  • A minimum of 2,000 KrisFlyer miles is required per conversion, and a maximum of 80,000 KrisFlyer miles may be converted per calendar year per member.

  • Once a conversion from KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points is completed, yuu Points cannot be reversed and/or refunded.

  • KrisFlyer members must convert from KrisFlyer miles to yuu Points to one’s own individual yuu account. Members are not allowed to transfer yuu Points another yuu Account that does not belong to them. The vice versa holds true above.

  • One yuu Account can only be linked to one KrisFlyer account. The vice versa holds true.
