Terms and Conditions

  • Link your yuu ID to the Sindo Ferry App to earn yuu Points on bookings.

  • You may link your yuu ID in the Sindo Ferry App in the following steps:

    • On the Sindo Ferry App home page, click on “Profile” at the bottom right of the app

    • Click on “Link Your yuu Account” on the profile page

    • Tap on the yuu QR code to open the yuu App

    • Click “Link now” on the yuu App to link the Sindo Ferry App and yuu App

  • No yuu Points will be issued if your yuu ID is not linked to the Sindo Ferry App before placing the order.

  • Link your yuu ID to the Sindo Ferry website to earn yuu Points on bookings.

  • You may link your yuu ID on the Sindo Ferry website in the following steps:

    • On the Sindo Ferry website, log in to your account / create an account with Sindo Ferry

    • Click on the “Profile” icon located at the top right of the page

    • Select “Link yuu Account” from the list of options

    • Scan the QR code with the yuu App

    • Go to ME > Scan and Link on the yuu App to scan the QR code

    • Your yuu Account is successfully linked

  • No yuu Points will be issued if your yuu ID is not linked to the Sindo Ferry website before placing the order.

  • Scan your yuu ID for over the counter purchases at any Sindo Ferry counters in Singapore to earn yuu Points on bookings.

  • No yuu Points will be issued if your yuu ID is not scanned at the Sindo Ferry counter before making payment.

  • yuu Points can only be earned at Sindo Ferry counters in Singapore.

  • All types of transactions with $30 min. spend will earn yuu Points.

  • yuu Points will only be earned for transactions in SGD.

  • yuu Points earned with Sindo may take up to 14 days to be credited in the yuu App.
