- Link your yuu ID in the Gojek app from 15 July 2024 in order to start earning yuu Points on Gojek orders/transactions.

- You may link your yuu ID in the Gojek app in the following steps:

(i) Click “Link account” under your Profile > yuu Rewards Club on the Gojek app.

(ii) Select “Link Gojek and yuu accounts”and you will be redirected to your yuu app on the same device (please ensure you are logged in).

(iii) Tap on the QR code shown in your yuu app and select “Link Now”.

(iv) You will be redirected back to your Gojek app and should see the message “Your account is now linked” upon successful linkage.

- No yuu Points will be issued if your yuu ID is not linked on the Gojek app before placing the order.

- yuu Points earned on the Gojek app may take up to 14 days to be credited in the yuu app.

- Please refer to the yuu App for detailed T&Cs for each Offer and Reward.

- yuu Points are awarded only on the nett order/transaction value excluding any applied discounts, vouchers or rewards.

- The following order components/transactions are also excluded from earning yuu Points:

(i) Toll/ERP

(ii) Driver Tip

(iii) Rideshield fee

(iv) Purchase of voucher packs, subscriptions or similar products

(vi) Cancellation and waiting fees

- Gojek shall have the right to amend the terms and conditions in respect of the issuance and redemption of yuu Points on the Gojek app in such manner as it

should be read in conjunction with yuu’s policies and terms. It is your responsibility to review them before using Gojek products and services, including

earning or redeeming any rewards.
