Terms and Conditions

- You may link your yuu ID in the foodpanda app from 5th September 2023 to start earning yuu Points on the following orders and/or transactions:
(i) orders made on personal profiles
(ii) orders for food delivery, pick up, shops, or pandamart
(iii) orders paid using pandapay

- The following orders/transactions are excluded from earning yuu Points:
(i) all orders on corporate accounts
(ii) pandago orders
(iii) payment for dine-in
(iv) pandapay top-ups

- You may link your yuu ID in the foodpanda app in the following steps:
(i) Tap the left sidebar menu
(ii) Select “yuu Rewards Club”
(iii) Enter your yuu ID in the foodpanda app (your yuu ID can be found on the “My ID” page in the yuu App)

- No yuu Points will be issued if your yuu ID is not linked on the foodpanda app before placing the order.
- foodpanda shall have the right to amend the requirement/terms in respect of the issuance and redemption of yuu Points on the foodpanda app in such manner as it deems fit in its absolute discretion.
- yuu Points earned on the foodpanda app may take up to 14 days to be credited in the yuu app.
- Please refer to the yuu App for detailed T&Cs for each Offer and Reward.
- The use of any yuu products and services is governed by and subject to yuu’s terms and conditions, which can be found at https://yuu.sg/terms-and-conditions.
- foodpanda does not make any warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of yuu and/or any third party goods or services.
- foodpanda is not an agent or representative of yuu and/or any third party, and does not assume any liability, obligation or responsibility for any representation or content published by yuu and/or any third party or any part of their product, service, offer or promotion, including but not limited to any modifications or discontinuance of the same.
