Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the yuu Singapore – Great Eastern Points Giveaway (“Promotion”), you confirmed that you are aged 18 or over, and you agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by, and shall be deemed to accept, these terms (“Terms”) as provided by Minden Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“yuu”, “we” or “us” or "our"), in addition to our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (collectively, “Terms of Use”) for our website and/or the mobile app (collectively, “yuu App”), all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Capitalised terms used and not defined herein shall have the same meaning as given to such terms in the Terms of Use.

•  In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.

 Eligibility

• To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:

1. have a registered account with yuu to participate;

2. be aged 18 or above;

3. not be an existing employee of Minden International Pte Ltd

Participation Rules

By Signing up for an eligible insurance plan with Great Eastern through the yuu App during the Promotion Period or submitting the Lucky Draw poll, and fulfilling the eligibility criteria above, you will be deemed to be participating in the Promotion (“Participant”)

If the insurance plan is canceled at any time, the entry to this Promotion will be forfeited. yuu reserves the right to clawback the prize if the Points are awarded prior to cancelation. No entries can be retrospectively submitted if a yuu ID is not provided or incorrectly provided at point of sign-up.

Prizes

•  Participants stand a chance to win 88,888 yuu Points. 5x entries per each insurance plan purchased via yuu and 1x entry per poll submission (maximum 1 entry for poll submissions, multiple submissions will only result in 1x entry irregardless of how many times the poll is submitted).

• There will be a total of eight (8) winning Participants for 88,888 Points and six (6) winning Participants for 8,888 Points (each a “Winner”, and collectively the “Winners”).

• The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable nor redeemable for cash or any other prizes. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, yuu reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

•  Prizes exclude any administrative costs.

• Prizes not awarded for this Promotion are forfeited.

Selection and Announcement of Winners

• Winners are drawn based on a randomised computerised system.

  1. The draw will be conducted by 8 March 2024

  2. We will contact the Winners via the email or mobile number registered with us. The Winner must acknowledge and accept the prize by 22 March 2024.

  3. If the Winner does not respond and claim the Prize by the stipulated date by 22 March 2024, the prize will be forfeited.

Promotion Period

• To be eligible for this Promotion, the new sign-up must be made between 1 Jan 2024 to 29 Feb 2024.

• Only poll entries submitted by 29 Feb 2024 and insurance purchased by 29 Feb 2024 will be entered into this draw.

• We will announce the results of the Promotion on this website at the conclusion of the promotion.

• In the event a Winner cancels the Insurance Plan, even after the announcement has been made determining that they are the Winner, the Insurance Plan shall be deemed void, and the Winner will have to forfeit the Prize. yuu reserves the right to clawback the prize.

General Terms

• Our Privacy Policy applies. 

• Our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of all liabilities shall be SGD 500.

• We reserve the right to change these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice, and has the sole and absolute discretion to decide on all matters to do with this Promotion. This includes but is not limited to the interpretation of these terms, eligibility of Participants, and any matter in relation to the Prizes.When you participate in the Promotion, we may collect personal data from you, which may include personal information such as photographs, name and username that you may upload, provide or use. Any personal data that we collect may be used by us, or shared with or transferred to third parties (including but not limited to, related companies, third party service providers or partners), for the following purposes: (a) to organise, promote or conduct the Promotion, (b) general publicity and marketing purposes for yuu.
