Eligibility

• Each participant must be a registered yuu Member.

• Participants must provide their yuu ID accurately in the event registration form at the point of sign-up. 

• Participants must sign up via yuu official communication channels in order to qualify for yuu Points. 

  • yuu official communication channels include email, push notifications, social media and communication via the yuu App.

  • Limited to first 600 sign-ups.

Sign Up Mechanics

• Eligible participants will receive a total of 2,000 yuu Points, awarded as follows:

• 50 yuu Points when you successfully sign up for the Gain City x yuu Group Buy Event, credited at a later date

• 1,950 yuu Points when you’re onsite at Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut – head to Level 4 near the shuttle bus area and scan your QR code between 2 – 5 Oct & 11 - 12 Oct 2025 to register your attendance

Redemption Conditions

• Failure to do both will result in the forfeiture of 1,950 yuu Points.

• Participants must key in the same yuu ID used during registration.

• Failure to do so will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of 1,950 yuu Points. 

Points Crediting Timeline

• 2,000 yuu Points will be credited within 2 months from the end of the event to yuu Members who have successfully signed up.

• Sign-ups between 13 – 21 Sep 2025, 23:59

  • 50 yuu Points will be credited by 25 Sep 2025, 23:59, for all sign-ups completed by 21 Sep 2025, 23:59.

  • 1,950 yuu Points will be credited within 2 months from the end of the event.

• Sign-ups between 22 Sep – 10 Oct 2025, 23:59

  • 2,000 yuu Points will be credited within 2 months from the end of the event.

General Terms

• yuu Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or other benefits.

• The Organisers (Gain City and yuu Singapore) reserve the right to verify eligibility, registration details, and attendance before awarding Points.

• The Organisers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion, or any of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organisers shall be final and binding.

Selection & Announcement of Winners

• Winners will be selected through a randomised computerised draw on 16 Oct 2025.

• The list of winners will be announced on 17 Oct 2025 via yuu’s official social channels.

• Winners will also be contacted by yuu Singapore within 14 days from the announcement date.

Prize Awarding

• Winners will be notified via email and/or mobile number registered with their yuu Account.

• Winners must acknowledge and respond by 31 Oct 2025 to claim their prize.

• Failure to respond by the stipulated deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.

•  The voucher is only valid for rides to and from Gain City Megastore @ Sungei Kadut only.

• This voucher is valid for all Gojek services (except GoTaxi) in Singapore.

• At Gojek’s discretion, the voucher may only be applied towards the fee charged by Gojek and/or the service provider in connection with the user’s order made via the Gojek app. The voucher may not be applied towards any additional charges such as cancellation fees, tolls, road-usage charges, takeaway charges, building or area entrance charges incurred and any other applicable surcharges (such as but not limited to peak hour and midnight surcharges), which the service provider shall be entitled to collect from the user.

• The voucher may only be used once, and is not refundable, replaceable, or exchangeable for cash.

• No refund shall be given if the value of the voucher used exceeds the fees charged by the service provider.
