How many Points will I earn if I do not meet the spend criteria?
If you do not meet the spend criteria, you can still earn 1x base Points and 9x bonus Points at participating yuu Partners when you pay with your DBS yuu Card and scan / link your yuu ID. You will also earn 0.5x base Points and 9.5x bonus Points on your SimplyGo spend. That’s a total of 10x Points (or 5% cash rebates) on your yuu Partner and SimplyGo spend! Please note that the amount of bonus Points you can earn in a calendar month is capped at 28,800 Points (or $144 cash rebates).

Do I earn Points if I spend at non-yuu merchants with my DBS yuu Card?
Yes, you can still earn 0.5x base Points on all qualifying card spend at non-yuu merchants. No minimum spend, no cap. For more details on the types of transactions that are excluded from earning Points, please refer to the DBS yuu Card Promotion T&Cs.

Does my spend at non-yuu merchants count towards the $800 minimum spend criteria required to unlock the upsized bonus Points?
Yes. The $800 minimum spend criteria includes all qualifying card spend at both yuu Partners as well as at non-yuu merchants. For more details on the types of transactions that do not count towards the $800 minimum spend criteria, please refer to the DBS yuu Card Promotion T&Cs.

Will the bonus eligibility tracker update immediately after I spend with my DBS yuu Card?
Your qualified spend usually takes 3 to 5 days to be reflected on the bonus tracker but may at times take up to 14 days.

When will Points from my DBS yuu Card spend be awarded?
All Points earned from your DBS yuu Card spend at yuu Partners, non-yuu merchants and SimplyGo will be awarded to your yuu Account within 60 working days after the end of each calendar month.

I am a supplementary cardholder. How will my supplementary card spend be reflected?
Transactions with supplementary cards will count towards the spend criteria of the principal cardholder and will be reflected in the principal cardholder’s bonus tracker.

Why do I see a negative spending amount in my bonus eligibility tracker?
This could be due to late refunds or converting past month’s purchases into instalments which may lead to your current month’s bonus tracker reflecting a negative amount. If you have a negative amount, you will be required to make a minimum net spend of $800 in order to unlock upsized bonus Points for the current month.
