Introduced in April 2005, the PAssion Card is a membership card of the People’s Association (PA). The PAssion Card offers members’ exclusive privileges and promotions via our collaborations with our lifestyle merchants and partners. Not just another membership or discount card, the PAssion Card also brings people together through a host of exciting, wholesome programmes and activities organised by the PA Community Clubs (CCs) and outlets.
